
Office Sales Support Administrator
Zycko is seeking a highly organised Office Sales Support Administrator to work within our busy French Office. This role will involve responsibility for processing quotes and purchase orders and liaising closely with the sales team and customers on behalf of Zycko in accordance with our company procedures.
The Role
The successful candidate will take on the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for covering reception.
- Responsible for efficiently processing quotes and sales orders.
- Be responsible for chasing invoices and dealing with customer queries.
- Liaise closely and support the sales team, update them of any order issues.
- Provide back orders and lead time reports.
- Assist with customer queries and issues.
- Assist sales support team members to ensure that all work is completed within satisfactory timescales.
- Filing and additional paperwork.
The Person
The most important criteria include a natural aptitude for organisation, excellent attention to detail, good level of English and first-class interpersonal skills.
- Some administration experience
- Knowledge or understanding of international export procedures
- Knowledge of intermediate level Excel/Office/Email
- Possess a high degree of common sense
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment, adopting a proactive approach at all times
